Jeff Kapustka

Jeff Kapustka was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado where his father worked for Texaco.  His Father was transferred several times during his career with Texaco and his family ended up being transferred to Houston in 1982.  Upon graduating from Tomball High School in 1985, Jeff went to the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and later transferred to a small Liberal Arts College/Seminary in St. Meinrad, Indiana and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Minor in Philosophy in 1990.

Armed with a liberal arts degree, he came back to Houston in what was a pretty depressed economy in the early 90’s following the big oil crash of the 80’s and started working as the Manager of a small recruiting company, specializing in placing contract IT professionals.  He did that for about a year when he was recruited by a small boutique retained executive search firm in Houston where both partners took him under their wings and taught him the in’s-and-outs of the retained search business.

Since he started in this industry in 1990, Jeff has worked with a number of very successful retained search firms and in 2015, started SNRG Corporation to focus on his client base with a more personal approach and unique offering of his services in this very competitive environment.

Working with various firms with different industry focuses has been the springboard to what has led Jeff to a successful career of almost 31 years in the retained search business.  He has worked with a broad range of clients including: Renewable Energy Upstream Oil and Gas, Midstream, LNG, Downstream, Oilfield Services, Engineering and Construction, Specialty Manufacturing and Aerospace, Maritime, Information Technology and Environmental Engineering.

SNRG Corporation’s name culminated from an extensive thought effort and Jeff landed on the best-defined word that talks about bringing the right people/places and things together for the common good which is “SYNERGY” and in today’s world of acronyms, SNRG Corporation for short.

Long-term friendships have been cultivated by almost 3 decades of recruiting professionals in these industry segments.  Jeff’s approach is always straightforward, honest, and targeted.  Round pegs into round holes is what he is after when tackling a strategic recruiting project.  If a client is having difficulty finding a certain person and/or skill set, he believes no position is necessarily to big or to small not to have a discussion about.

At the end of the day, Jeff takes sincere pride in seeing his clients be successful.  He believes in a pay-it-forward mindset that when you do the right thing, it will come back to you in a positive way.  Jeff likes to say that he becomes an Ambassador in the industry for his clients.

David Deaton

David Deaton brings over thirty-five (35) years of broad-based business management experience to SNRG Corporation.  David’s career includes positions in sales management, business development, and executive management at a variety of companies supplying both products and services to the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream components of the energy industry. He has worked for both publicly and privately owned firms headquartered in the United States and

Western Europe and has travelled extensively in North America (including Canada), South America, and Western Europe. Most recently he was President of Vector International USA, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty connector products for offshore, subsea, and industrial applications.  David has worked for companies in manufacturing, distribution, and web-based e-commerce marketplaces serving the E&P, Refining, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper, and Engineering\ Construction industries. He has also been involved in M&A activities for both publicly traded companies as well as those owned by private equity groups.

David has been a consultant that worked with a major petrochemical company on a supply chain optimization project on their purchase-to-pay initiative. He has also solicited project business and has established long term supply agreements for goods and services with customers including: Shell, ExxonMobil, BP, Valero, ConocoPhillips, ChevronTexaco, Koch Industries, Dow, Equiva Services, Huntsman, Air Products, Celanese, International Paper, Fluor, Mustang Engineering, Technip, Bechtel, Jacobs, Foster Wheeler, KBR, Intec Engineering, ABB, and Worley Parsons.

David’s focuses on all aspects of executive level searches as well as general management searches for medium and Fortune 500 class enterprises. His areas of emphasis include manufacturing, distribution, engineering/construction, and the various management disciplines within those types of organizations.

Jammer Wiseman

Jammar Wiseman is a Director for SNRG Corporation. Residing in the Houston area, he delivers SNRG’s customer-centric services performing across the full spectrum of the Recruiting arena; client engagement, business development, and search execution.
With 10+ years of strategic search experience, his motivated initiative and personal resourcefulness have led him to discover the unique rewards of Human Resources Partnerships and deliver on some of the most challenging Talent Acquisition assignments.
Jammar’s innate qualities to connect with people and understanding business needs have been instrumental to his career and client’s successes. His ability to articulate people’s and company’s aspirations, values, and achievements attracts his audiences. Recruiting and introducing specialized or hard-to-find talent is surgical and a puzzle he enjoys helping put together.
He earned a Bachelor in Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston’s Conrad Hilton College. In his Junior year, Jammar was an integral member of a start-up restaurant near Downtown Houston that continues to operate today. In 2010, he pivoted and went to work for a start-up recruiting firm focused on Oil & Gas and Energy projects. This ignited his Search career and he began developing and diversifying his experiences with various recruitment strategies, models, and strategic search projects across many industries.
Jammar continues to thrive in challenging recruitment projects helping clients in the Energy, Power, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Bio-Medical industries.
